The pump cavity of hep1 homogeneous emulsion pump is equipped with a set of double stator and double rotor. The internal stress of rotor stator and cavity source materials can be eliminated by forging and other multiple processes, so as to improve the toughness and wear resistance of materials and prolong the service life. The rotor drive shaft adopts high-strength composite materials, and the parts contacting with materials are usually made of 304, 316L and other stainless steel. The sealing form is water-cooled double face mechanical seal. The pump is supported by the bearing box and supported by double bearing fulcrum to effectively control the shaft vibration. The coupling is connected with the motor. The working principle of the product is that the material is inhaled from the inlet of the pump, and the material is discharged from the outlet under the centrifugal force provided by the rotor after being homogenized and emulsified by the rotor.

Hep1 is suitable for the working condition which requires high speed of emulsification and not too strict effect of emulsification. It can meet the short distance transportation work. It is usually used with vertical high shear homogenizing emulsification machine to achieve better homogenizing emulsification effect.
