Pesticides & Fertilizers

Helsh-Tech rotor pumps, homogenizing emulsifying pumps, and mixing emulsifying pumps are widely used in frontline production in the field of fertilizers and pesticides. As a professional technology-based manufacturing enterprise, we combine high and new technology with practical application. Considering the specificity of pesticide raw materials, such as strong acids, toxicity, flammability, and explosiveness, Helsh-Tech provides the market with professional quality, professional selection and matching, professional manufacturing, professional services, and safe, stable, and leak-free valve pump technology for fertilizer and pesticide enterprises. Innovative displacement pumps with customized rotational speeds, high head, high torque, and low failure rates, developed for different material conditions, are mainly used to convey and emulsify various mixed fluid products such as viscous, semi-solid, semi-liquid slurries, liquid waste distillation residues, and easily scaled inorganic salt saturated solutions. The unique structural design of Helsh-Tech rotor pumps and emulsifying pumps comprehensively considers the specificity of materials, with professional selection and matching, as well as technical services, effectively improving material conveyance efficiency. By selecting suitable mechanical seal structures and utilizing professional flushing schemes, the risk of leakage of toxic substances during frontline operations with pesticide chemicals is effectively controlled.

Service Cases

Rotor Pump for Viscous Media Conveyance

The pesticide enterprises we serve have extremely high requirements for safety, stability, efficiency, and environmental protection in all production processes, due to the special toxicity, odor, viscosity, and solid-liquid slurries of materials. Common characteristics of pesticides include: 1) being mostly toxic and harmful, and 2) being flammable and explosive. Enterprises have strict control over upstream and downstream processes in the use of raw materials and equipment. Among the many materials involved in pesticide and fertilizer production with Helsh-Tech rotor pumps, there are viscous solid and semi-solid materials such as flunarizine dihydrochloride, glipizide, p-bromine, methyl formate, telmisartan, glycerol, glufosinate-ammonium, gummy stem blight, Grignard residue, sulfolane mother liquor, and chloropyridine. During equipment operation, there is significant wear on the equipment, and leakage must be controlled within regulatory requirements. Helsh-Tech has high requirements and strict standards for the manufacturing of pumps in this field.

Slurry Scaling and Fluid Rotor Pump

The basic process of fertilizer production includes slurry production processes, waste liquids, nutrient solutions, and ion salt solutions in a supersaturated state or viscous fluids in a solid-liquid mixture. Processes such as extraction, impurity removal, concentration, neutralization, re-concentration, and settlement involve the conveyance of a large amount of solid-liquid slurries during equipment operation. Due to the high hardness of scaling caused by materials, it can lead to wear on rotor pumps and dripping during use, resulting in a high failure rate. Combining actual operating conditions and service experience, Helsh-Tech has provided effective conveyance solutions for enterprises and resolved these issues.

Homogenizing Emulsifying Pump

The Helsh-Tech homogenizing emulsifying pump is a homogenizing, emulsifying, and mixing equipment widely used in industrial fields for continuous online production with high-efficiency mixing and emulsifying capabilities. Based on the different operating conditions of process materials, it is professionally customized and designed for users' original and existing production lines. The equipment has become the main mixing and emulsifying equipment in the agrochemical formulation industry, optimizing equipment production in the industry, reducing production costs, and improving production efficiency.

Homogenizing Mixing Pump

The Helsh-Tech homogenizing mixing pump has become mainstream in the agrochemical industry. The equipment operates at high speeds, generating a significant amount of heat during operation. Double-ended mechanical seals need to be flushed with water before operation to prevent dry grinding and burning of the mechanical seals. When the material being processed cannot be flushed with water or reacts with water, a cooling water tank can be used to change the lubricating medium to achieve cooling. Depending on requirements, standard seal flushing systems such as 52, 53A, and 53B water cooling systems can be configured to provide circulation power for seal flushing fluid. These systems are generally located outside the rotating parts of the mechanical seal, maintaining a small gap (typically around 1mm) between them and the housing. During operation, they create a pumping effect, equivalent to a circulation pump. The difference between 52 and 53 is that the mechanical seal reservoir of 52 is without a pressure source but can directly connect to the collection system, while the mechanical seal reservoir of 53 is pressurized. Helsh-Tech selects and matches rotor pump and emulsifying pump models based on users' actual operating conditions, manufactures according to industry standards and specifications, and achieves a stable production environment.

Insulated Rotor Pump

To prevent damage to the mechanical seal's stationary and rotating rings when the material solidifies during startup, this type of rotor requires a 5-8 blade rotor, suitable for operating conditions with low flow rates, stable high pressure, and low flow rates, as well as conditions where the viscosity of dry materials is significantly affected by temperature. The design concept includes a certain gap between the rotors, no contact or friction between the rotors and the pump body, simple installation and disassembly, convenient maintenance and cleaning, and long service life. Various types of rotors can convey gas, liquid, solid mixtures, and materials with a certain solid content. They can convey materials with high viscosity, high concentration, and soft solid particles with poor fluidity. After being equipped with frequency converters and flowmeters, the output flow can be adjusted with accurate measurement. Based on customer requirements, connection methods can be customized with flange, clamp, threaded, and other interface options, featuring high hygiene levels and supporting CIP and SIP.
