The product is widely used in various large and small reactors and ordinary containers for homogenization, fine and emulsification. It can achieve better homogenization and emulsification effect when used with hep emulsion pump.
The working chamber is connected with the suction nozzle on the motor stator (pump body) and separated from the discharge nozzle. With the rotation of the rotor, the volume of a part of the connection between the customized working chamber and the suction nozzle of the single rotor pump is gradually increased, and the liquid transported is sucked into the working chamber. 2. The working cavity is separated from the suction nozzle and the discharge nozzle, so as to promote the liquid tightness in the working cavity. With the continuous rotation of the rotor, the liquid tightness is delivered to the discharge nozzle of the pump. 3. The rotor of the sludge rotor pump manufacturer rotates again, the working room is connected with the discharge inlet of the pump, and is separated from the suction nozzle. With the rotation of the rotor, the volume of the connecting part between the working chamber and the discharge nozzle is gradually reduced, and the liquid transported is extruded into the discharge pipeline of the pump. Rotor pump has the characteristics: the total flow is relatively small. The discharge pressure is higher, but smaller than the reciprocating pump. The discharge working pressure only depends on the characteristics of the discharge pipeline and has nothing to do with the size and speed of the rotor. Simple and compact structure, no suction automatic exhaust valve, few spare parts, easy operation and maintenance of pump itself. The overall efficiency of pump generator set is low.
