    working principle:

    When the two rotors rotate in the opposite direction synchronously, the volume cavity periodically changes from small to large - from large to small to achieve the purpose of conveying fluid. The flow rate of the pump depends on the volume of the working chamber and its changing frequency in unit time, but (theoretically) has nothing to do with the discharge pressure; Driven by the transmission shaft, two rotors (rotor blades are 1-8) rotate in the opposite direction synchronously. In the process of rotation, the volume at the inlet increases from small to large to produce suction (vacuum degree) to absorb materials. After that, the two rotors and the pump cavity form a fixed volume cavity, and the volume at the outlet of the pump decreases from large to small to output materials, forming a higher vacuum degree and conveying pressure.

    The standard way of daily maintenance of double rotor pump: 1. The high pressure liquid column of rotor pump reverses rapidly due to sudden power failure, and the impact is on the porous plate of the product at the outlet of rotor pump. The solution is to update the layout of the pipeline and fittings of the system software for the unscientific discharge of the rotor pump. 2. The gate valve of the outlet pipeline of the rotor pump is closed too fast. The solution is to turn off the gate valve gradually. 3. The heat quantity of the transported material on the pump cover and rolling bearing of the rotor pump is discharged by the surface layer of the pump cover and bearing seat of the rotor pump, so that the temperature of the bearing seat is integrated into the temperature of the shaft sealing characteristics. Therefore, when selecting the installation position of the rotor pump, the heat of the high-temperature oil pump cover and the bearing seat should be diffused to avoid any heat storage. 4. Because of the sudden power failure, the working pressure of the rotor pump system software fluctuates, the negative pressure of the system software is discharged, and the bubble in the dissolved liquid escapes. There is steam in the rotor pump or pipeline. The solution is to exhaust the steam. 5. Syrup rotor pump price rotor pump shutdown: switch off the power supply. Empty the liquid inside, clean and turn the motor rotor 180 degrees on time to avoid shaft deformation until the rotor pump completely stops cooling.
