The pump cavity of hep1 homogeneous emulsion pump is equipped with a set of double stator and double rotor. The rotor drive shaft adopts high-strength composite materials, and the parts contacting with materials are usually made of 304, 316L and other stainless steel. The sealing form is water-cooled double face mechanical seal. The pump is supported by the bearing box and supported by double bearing fulcrum to effectively control the shaft vibration. The coupling is connected with the motor. Hep1 is suitable for the working condition which requires high speed of emulsification and not too strict effect of emulsification. It can meet the short distance transportation work. It is usually used with vertical high shear homogenizing emulsification machine to achieve better homogenizing emulsification effect.

If the conveying liquid is easy to accumulate and crystallize, it should be cleaned immediately after application to discharge the liquid accumulated in the pump. 7. For the long-term operation of stainless steel plate magnetic pump, the bearing and inner hole moving ring should be removed and inspected for damage, and the spare parts that should not be reused for many times should be removed and replaced. The idling of the stainless steel plate magnetic pump is a common operation error in the operation process, which will cause the magnetic pump to ignite. Because the internal and external magnetic rotors in the swing rotor pump will cause a lot of heat in the high-speed operation process, it must be cooled by liquid. If there is no liquid into the pump shell. The pump will be damaged due to long-term high temperature, so the stainless steel plate magnetic pump can not idle.
