    working principle:

    When the two rotors rotate in the opposite direction synchronously, the volume cavity periodically changes from small to large - from large to small to achieve the purpose of conveying fluid. The flow rate of the pump depends on the volume of the working chamber and its changing frequency in unit time, but (theoretically) has nothing to do with the discharge pressure; Driven by the transmission shaft, two rotors (rotor blades are 1-8) rotate in the opposite direction synchronously. In the process of rotation, the volume at the inlet increases from small to large to produce suction (vacuum degree) to absorb materials. After that, the two rotors and the pump cavity form a fixed volume cavity, and the volume at the outlet of the pump decreases from large to small to output materials, forming a higher vacuum degree and conveying pressure.

    How to actively eliminate the common faults of high viscosity pump to ensure the following aspects: 1. Single butterfly rotor pump manufacturers have no total flow or lack of water yield. When the speed ratio of high viscosity pump is too low, it will cause the lack of water yield. This kind of situation is often caused by the installation deviation of pump or the lack of output power. At this time should check the gear pump practice speed ratio, pump and electrical connection and output power matching. 2. No inlet and outlet pressure or lack of pressure, gear pump can not produce pressure, it only outputs the total flow. Low pressure or no pressure indicates that the high viscosity pump does not suck liquid or leaks seriously. When the power of the electric pump is too small, the exhaust volume of the gear pump is too large or the pressure is too high, there will also be a lack of pressure. Naturally, when the pressure gauge is damaged or the saving hole of the pressure gauge is blocked, there is no pressure. At this time, a new pressure gauge can be refitted for inspection. 3. Micro rotor pump appears abnormal vibration and noise, because the viscosity of the material in the low viscosity gear pump is high, so it can easily produce suction condition and arouse a lot of noise.
